Providing world class, in-person service has always been a priority for Gem Gravure. However, recent challenges with inconsistent travel restrictions can make it difficult for departments like technical support to continue servicing our customers when they need it most.
In response, our service team devised a way to help those customers who we weren't quite able to reach, or those who weren't allowed to bring outside contractors into their plant.
GEM is happy to introduce GEM ASSIST.
GEM ASSIST* gives you the ability to experience a remote service visit, provided by trusted technicians you already know. Through a partnership with TeamViewer Pilot, our technical support dispatchers can now connect you with a Gem technician who can support you virtually.
With a quick download and an appropriate WiFi connection, our world class support is accessible with just a few clicks of a button. The process is simple, reliable and allows face-to-face support when needed. It's a great alternative to our traditional support and can save our customers both time and money.
GEM ASSIST is also available to customers who are using a printer in a trial period.
