  • To make up for the evaporation of solvents, printer settings can be adjusted to ensure that the combination of ink and solvent is ideal for the environmental conditions in your facility.
  • Making sure all printers are in Standby Mode when not in operation to allow correct amounts of ink and solvent to mix properly and produce ink that adheres effectively to the substrate.
  • Regularly checking and cleaning printer filters which can be adversely affected by extreme temperatures and more prone to clogging.
